Billing & Refunds

Please make sure that you cancel your subscription in the month before you want it to end. It will then end automatically.

You can cancel your support directly from your account here, or through the payment processor. If you don’t know what to do, give me a shout directly on telegram and I will help you out.

Alternatively, you can contact me via the ticket helpdesk here on the website.

If you are unhappy, then I will refund you the current months (current subscription period) in full.

Terms of my support service

I login to my support service three times per day. AM, PM, and evening.

I will answer all direct questions within the support group within 24 hours.

Ongoing personal conversations on my telegram account, responses will be given within a reasonable time depending on the nature of the marketing support you require.
